Congratulations! You did it! You have made a great decision and we are eager to welcome you to Scottsdale Park Suites.

We are processing your application. Once the application has been fully processed, you will receive a an email notification of the application status. At that time you may be required to place your Reservation and Security Deposits. The Reservation Deposit (stays 30-90 nights) of $900 is due and payable upon approval of the application. The Security Deposit (stays 90+ nights) of $250 is due and payable upon approval of the application. Also, if you reserve a unit in our pet friendly building a pet, additional deposit and fees apply at move in.

For more information regarding the Reservation and Security Deposits it is very important that you reference the attached document. This includes our strict guidelines regarding deposit reimbursements and cancellation policies.

SECURITY DEPOSIT The ‘Security Deposit’ is required to be paid during the booking/reservation process. The required security deposit is $250 and held to offset damages or other losses experienced due to the guests stay. This deposit will be refunded in whole or in part at SPS’s discretion after an inspection and repairs are made. A final account statement will be forwarded with the balance of the security deposit as required by Arizona state law or with a demand for additional monies to offset damages or other expenses. Demands for additional monies will be referred to our collection attorney within 15 days of vacating the premises except when payment in full has been received. Please see included documentation outlining Departure Procedures. This is a helpful document outlining the best practices to ensure the return of all security deposits monies. Additional security deposits may be required dependent on credit scores, lack of credit, etc. Your guest services representative will assist you with a better understanding of this process.

ADVANCE RESERVATION DEPOSIT The ‘Advance Reservation Deposit” is required to be paid during the booking/reservation process. The required advance reservation deposit is $900. The deposit will hold the reservation and will apply toward the guests first months stay upon arrival. Deposits must be paid by a major credit card. However, any bookings/reservations made less than sixty (60) days prior to the guest(s) confirmed arrival date will require payment in full by a major credit card.

FINAL PAYMENT OR ‘BALANCE DUE’- The final payment or ‘balance due’ payment is required to be paid sixty (60) days prior to the guest(s) confirmed arrival date. The required final payment or ‘balance due’ is generally the total booking charges less the Advance Reservation deposit’. Final payment or ‘balance due’ payment(s) are required to be paid by personal check, cashier, ACH, Credit Card or money order and are made payable to Scottsdale Park Suites 1251 North Miller Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85257. Domestic and international wire transfers are an acceptable method of payment for both initial payment or ‘deposit’ and a final payment or ‘balance due’, financial institution fees and charges may apply and any fees and/or charges will be assess to and paid by registered guest. To arrange fees by wire transfer, please contact SPS Guest Services to obtain instructions.

 

CANCELLATIONS

In general, any confirmed reservation may be cancelled by the registered guest subject to the following terms and conditions. All guests to cancel a reservation (confirmation) must be in writing and sent to the assigned SPS by email; delivery by the United States Postal Service; delivery by a qualified courier service; or delivery by hand. All delivery methods must include proof of delivery.

   

GUEST CANCELLATION REQUESTED MORE THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF CONFIRMED ARRIVAL

Any guest requested cancellation of a confirmed reservation, properly sent by the registered guest and received by SPS, more than thirty (30) days prior to the confirmed guest arrival date will be processed as a ‘cancelled booking/reservation’. The total guest payments will be refunded to the respective guest by check or credit card credit depending on payment method within fifteen (15) days after the confirmed reservation is cancelled.   

 

GUEST CANCELLATION REQUESTED MORE THAN FOURTEEN (14) AND LESS THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF CONFIRMED ARRIVAL

Any guest requested cancellation of a confirmed reservation, properly sent by the registered guest and received by SPS, more than fourteen (14) and less than  thirty (30) days prior to the confirmed guest arrival date will be processed as a ‘cancelled booking/reservation’. 50% of guest payments will be refunded to the respective guest by check or credit card credit depending on payment method within fifteen (15) days after the confirmed reservation is cancelled.   

 

GUEST CANCELLATION REQUESTED LESS THAN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS OF CONFIRMED ARRIVAL 

Any guest requested cancellation of a confirmed reservation, properly sent by the registered guest and received by SPS, less than fourteen (14) days prior to the confirmed guest arrival date will be processed a ‘cancelled booking/reservation’, and all guest payments paid to SPS will be retained by SPS subject to re-booking the reserved vacation rental home for all or part of the confirmed guest arrival and departure dates. Any monies received from re-booking the reserved vacation rental home for all or part of the confirmed guest arrival and departure dates will be credited towards the total guest payments, less the cancellation fee of $250.00. The difference between the total guest payments, and the monies received from the re-booking(s), less the cancellation fee, will be refunded to the respective guest by check or credit card within fifteen (15) days after the vacation rental home is rebooked.   

 

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By booking, you hereby authorize Streamline Connect on behalf of Queen Anne Courts Limited Partnership, d/b/a Scottsdale Park Suites to create a direct debit or credit card transaction, to the card you provide, for all charges as detailed in Reservation{reservations.id} , arising out of the agreement including security deposit, rental payments, all incidentals and any damages incurred by guest and/or any parties affiliated with this booking. I understand that all payments made to Scottsdale Park Suites are non-refundable.
