  • Do you offer AAA/senior/veteran discounts?

    Not at this time. We currently only offer specials and discounted packages for all traveling professionals. We do run special offers occasionally throughout the year.

  • Do you accept housing vouchers/Section 8?

    No, at this time we are not accepting any housing vouchers.

  • How do I enter my unit, the community gate and the pool?

    All of our doors have keyless entry - a four digit code unique to each guest is given at time of check-in. This code will open the doors to your room, as well as our residential common-area doors throughout the property.

  • Is there laundry/filtered water/ice on site?

    We have all three, in very close proximity! The laundry room itself houses our ice machine, and on the outside wall, we have a filtered water fountain.

  • Can I receive mail during my stay?

    Yes, the office holds the mail for all of our guests and residents. We suggest using our address as a temporary forwarding address with USPS and not a permanent address.

  • Can I pay monthly or do I need to pay the full rental amount?

    Anyone staying more than 30 nights will pay rent on the 1st of each month.

  • Is there public transportation close by?

    Valley Metro Transit closes bus stop is no more than 10 minutes’ walk. You can also enjoy within 5 minutes the Scottsdale’s free trolley system that drives riders to shopping, dining, entertainment, schools, parks, libraries, community centers and more. The trolley offers three fixed routes with connections to the Tempe Orbit and the Valley Metro transit system.

  • Do you have a shared business center?

    Our lobby is equipped with a business center that includes a computer and color printer for your basic office tasks free of charge! We also have books and board games available for check out.
