2Our fully furnished 1 bedroom homes include a perfectly sized living room, a private bedroom with either a king or queen size bed, a full size kitchen that includes a microwave, refrigerator, stove and many include a dishwasher, as well. You will also find a large walk-in closet, ample storage areas and a private deck. All utilities are free when you stay at Scottsdale Park Suites this includes Cable with HBO, High Speed WiFi, Electricity, Water/Sewer/Trash.
Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location. We are smoke-free community but we do allow the smaller dogs in select homes. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office, a laundry facility, a business center and serving up perks every day!
You will enjoy this second floor location; the pool is just outside your front door, your deck faces the largest of our courtyard areas. You are also going to love the close proximity to one of the three grilling stations located throughout the property. You have the added bonus of being only a short walk from the laundry facility.
